If you've never tried Crossfit, we're a supportive fitness community that will help you dip your toes in. Crossfit is centered around functional movement performed at high intensity. While that may seem technical, Crossfit is honestly all about reaching your goals through unique programming. If you've never tried it, your first Crossfit class will be unlike anything you've done before, and you'll never want to go back. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, improve your athleticism, or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle, our trained staff of Coaches is here to guide you through our daily classes. At CrossFit Cortland we take precautions designing our workouts, prioritizing safety and functionality. We protect our athletes by emphasizing the importance of mobility exercises and stretching. Flexy is a class focused on building muscle strength, coordination, and flexibility. These activities are a trademark part of any recovery journey and necessary for preventing future injuries. Blending components of yoga and traditional stretching methods, through this class we give athletes the ability to care for their mind and body.
Designed to push you to the limit, our Pure Cardio classes are specifically tailored to accompany any endurance athlete. Pure Cardio is perfect for surpassing your next goals as an athlete while increasing cardiovascular health, long distance performance stamina, muscular endurance and overall health. Includes light dumbbell/kettlebell work.
Incorporating high intensity CrossFit style training into an adaptive, fun environment for your kids.
