9/11 WOD 

"CHAD"

1000 weighted Box step ups. (CrossFit version of the stair climb)

To honor all those lost during the 9/11 attacks.

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!!!!

Open to all, complete it RX or complete with a friend and split the reps. 

First responders- can wear their duty gear for the weight. 

Use weighted vest, ruck bags, book bags, hold weights in hand or go without all together

All registration fees to be donated (TBA)

Kids Welcome ( we will have a mini kids "Chad" workout (members kids free, non-members kids $2, pay upon arrival)
